PhotoBlocker Tested as Affected Protection Against Traffic Cameras

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove plate. Place flat.
2. Spray PhotoBlocker evenly until surface is totally saturated. Let dry and repeat 2-3 times until plate is very glossy.
